Payman Eslami
Founder & Director,
Soshianest
Payman Eslami, the Founder and Director of Soshianest, has doctoral-level education in the field. For his Ph.D. research, he developed an algorithm to solve market modelling challenges and deliver realistic forecasts. He has been in the marine shipping industry for over 25 years. He has experience in different engineering roles, including new shipbuilding experience in south Korea and Canada since 2010.
Mohammad Zare
CTO
IT PhD student and A.I. researcher with papers in this field. Mohammad is interested in data mining, neural networks, deep learning and optimization algorithms. He has 18 years of experience working with different platforms including Website technologies, Desktop Programming, A.I. and coding with programming languages including PHP, JS, C#, Python and Matlab.
Arsan Bahrami

Arsan Bahrami is a recent graduate from the University of N.British Columbia’s Bachelor of Commerce program with a dual degree in accounting and international business. Since growing up in a marine-oriented family and studying commerce he discovered his passion for solving complex business problems and contributing to the marine industry. Arsan’s passion for working in the marine industry began interning at shipping companies in Shanghai, China where he grew up. Arsan’s love for working with marine professionals, coupled with his background in accounting and marketing has led him to join the soshianest team.
Zubair Mohammad

Analyst
Zubair is an expert data analyst who is able to combine his statistical knowledge with his client servicing experience to provide the deep insights to our clients. He holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from the National University of Singapore and has more than 8 years of data analysis experience. He has worked as an academic researcher at Nanyang Business School and as a market researcher at Nielsen. Zubair helps drive Soshianest’s predictive machine learning algorithms as well as our client facing reports and articles.
